House of the week 6th February

New House of the Week!
Having gone through the planning process and getting their site set up this client uploaded their house to our system to determine how they would spend the rest of their budget and what the could initially achieve.

Using the UBuild system they began selecting everything they wanted in their build including landscaping items and right down to the type of sanitary ware they wanted.

After this first draft the predicted cost was approaching €270,000 plus VAT. The clients did not want to go over €280,000 including VAT so began chopping and changing specification within the system so they could get to a comfortable position.

They plan to leave some of the landscaping and finishes inside the house to a later date to keep this phase of works within budget and use the UBuild Reports as a target limit for all element costs.
