NEW: House of the week 
A nice simple 3 bedroom bungalow designed by the client with a set budget in mind.

The client is still leaving a some items open to change on the system.

To save initial costs and come in under initial mortgage approval they may leave off the external works and finishes to some select rooms.

From the product library the customer was able to monitor the budget while applying their desired specifications. With the live pricing feedback they were able to select alternative products to bring the budget back and leave out select finishes to ensure they had a realistic estimate to take to the banks.

At the same time they could run the energy check at any point to ensure compliancy with Part L requirements.
