HOUSE OF THE WEEK

This house of the week is a little different, recent upload with us from a client at the planning stage.

Before proceeding to have full construction drawings produced the clients wanted to ascertain budget costs for their build and see what specification their budget can afford.

They had an outline in their mind for some of the bigger items like the type of windows, heating system and a blockwork structure so was able to set these products initially.

From there they concentrated on energy compliancy and used the system to chop and change the levels of insulation in different sections of the build. Once they got to a level where they were achieving compliancy while comfortable with the budgets and specification build up they knew what was left to finish the house.

They plan to use these outline choices to get to a builder finish and continue to use the system in choosing finishing items like sanitary ware and floor finishes while monitoring budgets through their online profile.
