Our first house of the week for 2018!

A large house approaching 4000 square feet, this client countered huge costs by keeping to an efficient design and classic finishes.

It was priced to a Builder Finish with Kitchen and Floor Finishes left out.

At a later point the customer can access their house on their online profile to pick and choose floor finishes to see the costs and impacts on overall estimate.

A generous figure was allowed in for a spiral staircase.

The client wanted a mixture of underfloor and radiators heating output. Aluminium radiators were allowed to the first floor - all feeding from an Air to Water Heat Pump to help achieve a preliminary A3 BER.

An allowance for a section of PV Panels was selected to ensure compliancy with Part L.
