A nice build we are looking at going for Timber Frame construction along with a mix of external finishes including render, cedar cladding and some fibre cement paneling. The cills to the windows are mixed too with aluminium pressed cills allowed to areas of timber cladding.

A good energy rating will be achieved here with an Air to Water Heat Pump, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery and some Solar Panels.
The main house is 2,254 ft2 with a separate garage at 180 ft2.
The customer had their own quote for the timber frame - always interesting to see timber frame costs versus block build (customer didn't want any of the figures attached).
