HOUSE OF THE WEEK 28th November:
This customer came to us with detailed construction drawings and a preliminary BER already in place with a predicted A2 rating.

From there they wanted to pin down a budget for the house and also had some questions over their final design. For peace of mind and clarity they ordered the 3D Virtual Walkthrough from us along with the cost report pack.

Once we completed the 3D Virtual file they were able to confirm their thoughts on the final design and the couple of small points they did or didn't want to change within the house. Being able to virtually walk through the house and see window layouts both inside and out as well as internal layout gave the customers confidence going into the build.

With a sensible design and clarity in specification this build cost is coming in at a very reasonable predicted €109/ft2 including ktichen and floor finishes throughout.
