The price per square foot for a bungalow will always be weighted a little higher and a high spec was achieved.

Energy compliance was comfortably achieved with the use of Geothermal Heating and high levels of insulation to all structural elements in the build.

The geothermal heat pump system will have higher initial costs than say an air to water heat pump but the energy supplied from the ground is constant and efficiency levels do not drop.

The groundworks costs against this house will be high with a bored well for water supply also costed in.
