House of the week!

We have decided to start showing some of our projects we are working on. One of the hardest things when building a house is managing the budget. That is the beauty of UBuildPro. We can map out the costs for every single part of building a house! We give a full cost and material breakdown, we do reports for every part of your build. We give you preliminary BER, drawings and schedules. 

Our House of the Week this week:

This 2,400 sq. ft. house came in just under €270k with a separate garage building coming in at €22k.

Insulation specification along with an Air to Water Heat Pump and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery ensure Part L Energy Compliance with a preliminary A3 BER rating.

Initially Aluclad Windows were included but these were changed to Triple Glazed UPVC which gave the customer a saving of circa €8,000.

Both the house and garage were finished with areas of Sandstone cladding and both roofs were finished in natural slate. While contributing to the overall finish these also contributed to the costs!

Fortunately the house was able to connect to a main sewage line so avoided associated costs for septic tanks and percolation areas.
